With the perfect balance of dill, sweetness and mustard, this Dill Sauce is a great compliment to smoked salmon, trout, chicken, canapés and salad dishes. Imagine nestling it in a chicken salad, on top of a delicious smoked salmon or trout or spooned over a chicken. Maybe even put some cut up pieces of smoked salmon on some freshly warmed blinis or pieces of toast and top with a dollop of dill for perfect finger food to share..
