A wonderful robust dressing for prawns, avocado, chicken or salads. Use sparingly!
Serve over a prawn and avocado salad but be careful this is a fiery dressing!
Rub into a piece of boned and rolled spare rib of pork, then roast slowly.
Pour over slices of sourdough then bake to make delicious alternative to garlic bread.
Rapeseed Oil, White Wine & Spirit Vinegar, Honey, Water, Minced Garlic (2%), Sugar, Mustard Powder, Salt, Chilli Powder (0.4%), Cayenne Pepper, Chilli Flakes (0.3%), Hot Pepper Sauce (0.2%) (peppers, vinegar, salt).
