Seggiano Classic artisan Italian christmas panettone is a naturally leavened with a 40 year old mother yeast and takes 36 hours to prove and bake. Panettone is a perfect family gift. Enjoy it with friends and family, with wine, spumante or a good cuppa!

Baked for Seggiano in small batches during the run up to the festive season, our panettone is made by a master baker in Brescia who has been making traditional Italian dolci for over 30 years.

WHEAT flour, raisins, candied orange peel (orange peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), BUTTER, caster sugar, organic EGG YOLK, candied lemon peel (lemon peel, caster sugar, glucose, natural vanilla extract), Italian acacia honey, orange zest, sea salt, BARLEY malt.

It may contain traces of nuts, almonds and hazelnuts.

Always store this cake in a cool, dark place. Once opened, reseal the packet to maintain freshness. Consume within ten days of opening.
